By appointment, I’m pushing limits as a fitness trainer. And? You’ll find me falling from the sky—I just officially earned my USPA-A skydiving license!
It might seem like three different worlds, but to me, they’re perfectly connected. Fitness gave me the physical and mental strength to jump from a plane. Skydiving taught me the ultimate lesson in commitment and focus. And both of those experiences shape the clothing I bring to you: pieces that are versatile, durable, and infused with the confidence to tackle any adventure. MY TRAINING METHODOLOGY
In my sessions, students will learn how to activate the right muscle groups through proper technique and posture, which is essential for both safety and results. Mobility drills are integrated into every workout to ensure joints remain healthy and movements are fluid. This allows the body to perform at its best while reducing the risk of common injuries, especially in high-intensity or strength-focused training. These routines are not just warm-ups or cool-downs—they are core components that improve how your body responds to physical challenges over time.
What sets my training apart is the intentional combination of function, flexibility, and power. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. Each student’s plan is customized, progressive, and designed to match their individual level. Whether it’s mastering bodyweight exercises, lifting weights with proper form, or improving movement through dynamic stretches and mobility flows, I ensure every session builds toward a stronger, more capable version of you.
